Slip and fall

If you slip & fall in a shop or supermarket as a result of the unattended spillage on the shop floor, we will institute legal proceedings against the owner of the shop to recover your damages. The same applies if goods on the shop shelves fall or tumble over & injure you, we will take the legal fight to the shop owner on your behalf
