Salary: Negotiable

Skills/Core Competencies

• Minimum 5 years post admission experience in personal injury litigation
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent writing & analytical skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines and manage own caseload
• Flexible and efficient work ethics and ability to adapt style as required
• Strong business development skills
• Knowledge of client service and principles
• Ability to draft clearly and concisely with strong legal analysis
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Ghostpractice programme
  
  

Core Responsibilities

• Drafting summons, pleadings & applications
• Reviewing & interpreting applicable legislation/laws
• Conducting research and sharing knowledge with team
• Preparing personal development plan to contribute to broader business development plan
• Preparing and drafting legal opinions to serve cases on hand
• Submit monthly performance reports to Management
• Court appearance
