Ms. Kutlwano Smith is a reliable, dedicated, and accomplished professional who joined Mphela & Associates Attorneys Inc. on the 7th of January 2025 as Office Manager for the Groblersdal Head Office and Polokwane Branch.

She holds both a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Management and Governance, obtained from the University of Johannesburg in 2016, and an Honours Degree in Public Management and Governance, obtained in 2017. She is currently pursuing an LLB Law Degree at the University of South Africa (UNISA), further strengthening her professional and legal expertise.

Ms Smith brings eleven years of progressive work experience across both the private and public sectors, comprising nine years in the private sector and two years in the public sector. Her experience, combined with her commitment to professional development, has equipped her with strong administrative, managerial, and organisational skills.

In her role at Mphela & Associates Attorneys Inc., she contributes to the effective administration and coordination of the firm’s Groblersdal and Polokwane offices, demonstrating professionalism, dedication, and a strong commitment to excellence.
