Ms Delinah Matsimela is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa and currently holds the position of Legal Consultant at Mphela and Associates Attorneys Inc. She holds an LLB degree, obtained in 2024, as well as a National Certificate in Paralegal Studies. She brings nearly two decades of experience in the legal profession.

She began her career as a Legal Secretary in 2007 and joined Mphela and Associates Attorneys Inc. in 2010, where she subsequently served her articles of clerkship from 2024 until July 2026. She was admitted as an attorney in August 2026.

Ms Matsimela’s experience includes civil litigation, particularly Road Accident Fund matters, Eviction proceedings, and Family Law. Her extensive progression within the legal profession has equipped her with a practical understanding of legal practice and client needs.
