Mr Ayanda Madoda Mpontshane holds an LLB degree from University of Zululand (UZ) which he obtained in 2018. On 15 April 2019, he secured articles of clerkship at Phiri Incorporated Attorneys (Phiri Inc) until 14 April 2021. He was shortly retained as a Para-Legal. Mr Mpontshane was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa on 19 August 2022. He was further offered permanent employment as a Professional Assistant and Supervisor at Phiri Inc specialising on Personal Injury Claims, General Litigation (Civil & Criminal), Family Law, Labour Law and Administration of Deceased Estates. He later obtained his Right of Appearance in the High Court having undergone Advanced Trial Advocacy Training in June 2023.

He joined Mphela & Associates Attorneys on the 16^th of October 2023 as a Litigation Attorney, based at the Groblersdal head office. He specialises in Personal Injury Claims, General Litigation both in the Magistrate’s Court and High Court, Matrimonial Matters and Administration of Deceased Estates.”
